did you install new mini map ? if yes, re back the old one. Cuz the issue from your new mini map.

If it still isn't fixed

Go to your MTA installation folder > mods > deathmatch > CITcustomMaps

Delete the custom maps file and try joining the server again.

I think, that's because of your DNS. Re-starting your modem could work with this issue.
