[+++] Criminals / Police in Top Damage able to join without DLx.

Hello everyone , I am suggest that player X from Top Damage t AR able to join next CE without wait if he is not DL2+.
Why this suggest should be add :
1- Make fair for people who is watned and and already in tops to get chance to join next CEs if he is not DL2+.
2- It will help Criminals / Police to easy join the next CE.
3- Fair enough for people who can't buy DLs.
PS: this works in top killer , my suggest for top damage too.

I upvote this and for those who will come and don't understand i'll explain it more. he means that DL 2+ can enter the CE before it starts even if the opposite side has +2 less players than the side the DL2 + are joining so his suggestion that top damagers in ARs too can get the same perk too. correct me if i'm wrong @RX1

Rewards the players who are active and perform good in cnr, I suggest to make it like that for top killers and damagers both. Voting positive.

Your explanation made everything much clearer to me. I vote positive.

Although I'm not a fan of the DL2+ being able to participate while the opposing teams aren't even balanced and I'd even rather to see it removed, I would definitely support this since it will somehow balance the teams, especially when most of DL2+ holders who attend CEs nowadays are criminals.
