Although I'm not a fan of the DL2+ being able to participate while the opposing teams aren't even balanced and I'd even rather to see it removed, I would definitely support this since it will somehow balance the teams, especially when most of DL2+ holders who attend CEs nowadays are criminals.

If you are top killer or damager in CE, you have free entry to next CE.

For example, if you be on tops in MDM, you can join BR without need DLx

I prefer keep this system.

This's a needed suggestion, will most likely affect criminals more than cops because it's very hard to escape as a criminal so this might be a little helpful.
