Well, this suggestion is totally helpfull to be honest, Being in the top list of an armed robbery isn't easy. If he's the top damager, He absolutely have a high wanted level, So he gotta run to the next CE to complete the road to become an APB, waiting outside the CE will get him arrested easily. Upvoting.

I agree with this suggestion as for an example getting on the top damager in AR/CE still requires a decent amount of work and skill to survive while not dying earlier and if a non-DL or a non-VIP-Level gets on the top damager list it is a sweet reward.

This feature existed long time back, not sure when and why was it removed but yeah, there's not harm in having it again.

No person should have such a privilage other than the people with donator level (which also is wrong, but at least makes the owning of a DL meaningful and reasonable). Criminal events were never about top kills and damage, but were meant to be team-work promoting, something that is already ruined and would even be more messed up after the implementation of a similar to this suggestion...
