[+++] Adding a top message for when "stores have restocked goods" in LS

So recently we got an Event times phone update that will display how long until the store's reset, which is every six hours, however many players don't know this exists and I imagine even less are checking.

my suggestion is simple, that we get a top message displayed when the robbable stores in LS have reset. Make this toggagleable in settings for those that will complain about having to see it.

The message displayed will say the following.

"Stores in LS have restocked goods which are ripe for stealing"

Other than that how did u get some interest to criminal activities when you are in KLM group "Civilian Side" so weird. Anyway thanks for helping to have improvement on our side.

Not a bad idea, also if you were AFK and the message showed on top it should be added on /notifications once u come back on PC you'll see it, so u don't miss the message,the suggestion is well-written and not that hard to add and won't take that much time as we have already similar scripts as this, and it's not harmful so I'm voting positive

Hi man, I do spend the vast majority of my time on civ side you are correct, but I also do spend between 10-20% of my time on criminal side, mostly robbing stores with friends.

I also recently joined the renegades group. I understand if you have some doubts regarding my credentials as a criminal player but I would encourage you to look at this...

About time someone suggested this honestly. 1 simple message informing criminals that all LS stores have been reset will be nothing but beneficial to the whole criminal side and won't harm anyone/anything. Like it was said before, many players still aren't aware about "Event Times" feature, and that's why I don't think too many players will actually complain about seeing that message. I also don't think that message should be enabled or disabled from settings either. It should automatically be shown to every criminal imho. Other than that I'm
