[+++] Fix the cycle of Armed robberies

Since my last suggestion was locked, I modified it to a better suggestion

Suggestion: Simply put, fix the cycle of armed robberies that doesn't repeat the same arl again until all other armed robberies have been finished as well. For instance, if MV finishes, it won't start again until every other armed robbery (such as PCB SPF MO, etc.) has been played, or at least it won't repeat until half of the total number of armed robberies has been completed (for example, if there are 12 armed robberies, mv wont be again next AR until 6 more Ars maps have been finished).

Why its needed: We are not here to play MV 20 times a day and MO 3-4 times, same as we are getting new armed robberies, but even after we play all day, we still hardly get a chance to play those maps. More armed robberies make the chance of playing all armed robberies maps kind of impossible. and the cycle is kinda random, idk how its work, its very random and repeat same ars again and again while other armed robberies neglected.

I totally agree with this suggestion. It's literally tiring to see the same AR 10-20 times in 1 day. It's very obvious that this server favors some ARs more than others, for some reason. For example ARs such as CC and NRH are rarely starting, Meanwhile ARs like Marco's Bistro, Construction Site, FS, etc occur millions of times. Voting

Very close idea to what I suggested in your other topic, I believe this is a good fix to the issue we're having because atm we're not playing half of the ARs even if we play all day long.
