I would like to propose the addition of an option for the Rhino (a vehicle, de-activated tank) that allows players to purchase "Armor" from it. This function (feature) already exists for other vehicles and is widely used by the community that is involved in CnR events.
I personally believe that this suggestion would not introduce an overpowered element in the current state of the CnR system, as it would be accessible (in terms of being usable) by everyone. Currently, the one and only perk that the Rhino has is the increased armor level against bullets afaik. The vehicle is also not cheap and has a price of 90 million.
On another hand, it is a slow speed vehicle that cannot be abused in high pursuit chases (its top speed is 50km/h). It does not have any special-unique features like self-repairing. That vehicle is rather useful for static combat actions like road blockades, usage for dynamic cover and so on.
The way as of how you should be able to buy armor from that vehicle is by clicking on X, selecting the Rhino and opening the "Vehicle Options" GUI. Afterwards, a new button named "Buy Armor" should be added which by clicking should allow you to purchase the armor.
