Title: [+++][B] Adding Suspension Mod to Stafford

This suggestion is simple, as of right now a stafford can not be modified with engine parts for obvious reasons since it's already bulletproof but I see no reason why we shouldn't be able to alter the suspension setting. So my suggestion is to be able to Lower Suspension (-) and Suspension (+). It's a simple tweak that improves the enjoyment of the gameplay.

Some people like to have the suspension high and others low, and it is something that most people upgrade to when buying a new car, not to mention that most people tend to use Stafford for example gang wars, group activities of law/criminal and etc, in short, the car is mostly used by the community, so it would not be bad if the suspension of the car could be modified. In summary, it would not affect the fact that the suspension could be raised / lowered to the stafford.  :tick:

This is a simple suggestion, and I don't mind giving my vote to "positive" because I don't see it as harmful and it may make it more helpful for those using it.

I don’t really see an issue with this suggestion, it gives people who like to modify their vehicles aesthetically more options with the vehicle, and it definitely doesn’t impact the balancing that’s already been decided on this vehicle due to its bulletproof armour.  :tick:

I think it makes sense.We can't change other parts of stafford anyway.I don't see any reason to can’t change the suspensions I wish they were interchangeable from the start.. My vote is  :tick:

- Stafford and Hummer can now have their suspension upgraded via the mod shop. (Danzy + Metall)
