Title: [+++][B] Add the Chevrolet Impala 1967 as a ground vehicle

I bring to you a vehicle which I personally think fits pretty well in the game and its environment.

It is called the Chevrolet Impala 1967. Images of the vehicle are available on the aforementioned link (along with the author's name and their contacts if needed.)

Basic stats I think the car should have in game and their reasoning (these could be biased as I really like the car):
-170 km/h stock speed. 280 km/h maximum speed.
-9.5 acceleration stock acceleration. 11.2 maximum acceleration
-Sultan style handling (can tolerate road bumps very easily, not flip/two wheel easily like the Buffalo. Stiff handling because it is a "muscle car" meaning it has poor handling.)
-a price tag of around 825,000
These could allow for a car that has good speed for its price but poor acceleration to balance it.

However, if at the time the staff is not looking for new cars to add then I would absolutely adore it if at the very least this vehicle was added as a variant for the Sabre Turbo or Clover (preferably the Sabre Turbo) as they share resemblance with the vehicle and also have fitting handling stats.

We are lacking classic high-performance cars and this mod looks neat. Though 4-door version would be even better because we are completely lacking 4 door muscle car.

I think this idea would be very useful for people who like to drive their cars around the map, as well as being something else on which we can spend our money, which nowadays is abundant.
