My suggestion is to make the CE and AR blips visible across the whole map for cops and criminals, meaning that you will be able to see the CE and AR blips no matter where on the map you are.
Why? Mainly for the new players. A lot of new players that are criminals or cops are unsure where to go or what to do. Having the CE and AR blip visible on their map will mean they have an activity to go to and explore.
CE's and AR's are one of the main attractions on the server and making new players aware of this is of upmost importance. I feel that new players are always roaming around on empty streets and that maybe gives them the idea that there is not much to do. Having the CE and AR blip constantly on their map will encourage them to go there and they will find it very entertaining and something that they wish to participate in.

Really an excellent idea, because when I entered the server after playing 100 hours on the server, I understood something called CNR.

You can mark all CEs and ARs using /gps.
For example : /gps MDM

I advice you to translate the suggestion to your language so you might understand what Cerberus is proposing, It's mainly for the newbies or those who got no clue about /gps feature or CnR in general, Just state your vote either you're negative or positive without quoting my reply :fp:
