Currently, the support chat ingame, is massively spammed by players needing help, and it's not always that a staff is ready to help them, and sometimes the players are desperate after a staff answer and sometimes the answer just doesn't get noticed because so many are using the support chat, therefor L5 staff could add people in a ACL group or something that would be called "Supporters", this would give them a color like "green" in support chat, kinda like staff have red, and this would also allow them to mute a guy from the support chat, some-how. Perhabs just a global mute, 10 minutes as a max.. This would mean that us staff should use less time in support, and more time in doing our actual job, punishing the players that are breaking the rules that actually ruin others gameplay.
- Yeah, every player can help in support, but those supporters would have to be picked by the staff, and known players, so they would gain the right to mute people who are misusing the support.

Nice idea, this would reduce support channel spam. Also I think there should be a L5 staff meeting to chose 10-20 "supporters".THIS would be so that all L5 staff agree about who will be the supporters.

This was discussed at our staff meeting today, or at least, as much as we now did discuss, lol.
Lol, OK, I have just though about adding some kind of ranks to this new position but I find it inescesary because I don't think of any privileges that can be given to higher levels but if you find some privileges or something this could be a good idea.

Didn't QA stood for question answerer like a year ago? If not, then I did the wrong thing back then XD. If you are adding a support group I would love to join!

I really like this idea, +1.
I just wanted to add that if a Supporter would abuse, he should get banned temporarily and not just been taken the Supporter status away since this position would require alot of trust.

1+ point from me ,So Mikkel .... by your suggestion,We can mute the player for example ,Advertised/spammed support chat ??? if this would be added I suggest that we can't Un mute
Also the mute should be logged in the punishlog since they are still breaking #14.
+1 Supporter should not be able to unmute.

Really nice idea... some times when there are no staff online or when they are busy we see people flaming and spamming a lot in support chat. you have my total support on this idea :)

I think this will be useful because a lot of admin is busy with staff works and maybe supporters can help... And Mikkel, I forgot to ask one thing... Is there any name/tag like [CITS] or something? CITS stand for Community Of Intergerty and Transperancy Supporter(s)

Nope... letting the admins chose will be better... OFC they know who haves skills and who dont.

PS. every day i see misusers,trollers,spammers,flamers at support channel but no1 do anything .....so i would really like to help.

Would really help with the server being most of the times full and support chat being spammed or misused ...moreover admins would have some weight off there shoulders +1 from me.

Nice Idea +1 from me. It would help Staff to get time to do their Staff Stuff as said by Mikkel. Players will also get support by Supporters. Definitely a +1 from me! or either a Yes! .

You mean if there is no supporter in game for some time??? well you will have to deal whit it... some times I see the server whit no staff online and nothing much apens... (only some misuse abuse in support and those kind of things)
Also, the supporters should be in different time zones and from different country's, so there's a "chance" of being at least one supporter online always

I strongly approve this idea, I always try to help but sometimes I can't even read the question due to the spam and some people just say bull shit in support or so. A huge +1 from me.

That won't really help, as I see it. They still could need some help at being noticed easier in the suppor channel. Such as now, you were online with me just before, and none of us really had control of support, perfect example of where we could need some supporters.
Of course, I meant that in addition to a specific color in their name, so they have both things

This is urgently needed since I have saw people that are on support channel trying to help some new players, and they just answer wrongly to all their questions. I hope that if this group its created, I could be part of it one day. +1

I would really like to see a group of supporters, but be careful and choose the ones that don't take themselves above all, well how about an application centre, just like staff applications you can make Support Team Applications.

+1 on this... many ppl (like me) aren't RCM and still help allot in game...

I agree, who said that Regular Community Members are helping alot in the support channel?
I mean there are other players that are helping really much.

The main guys that Help are Nolo,som3a,jocke,me,reaper,Latte,neymar,noblecross and Ikarina I think.I think They should be added to the supporters list right away, and then after people apply for it or get recommended.If you think there are more supporters than tell me who they are.

I support this idea, since support channel is getting flooded lately by questions. There is many people that are trying to help, but a few of them gives out wrong answers. Staff members are busy with punishing people, so this is a way to filter out all the answers from random helpers.
But then you gotta make sure it's trusted people that gets this position or job.

This would be good becaues this would mean the supporters get's an own team chat I assume, and that could be good because if a Supporter would be unsecure about if someone misused the support channel he could ask for other Supporters opinion in the team chat and then they can decide if he should be muted.

Deadly -.- u need to scroll up... Like Mikkel said... U need to be choose by L5 or get recommended by L4 I think.

I suggest to pick the supporters, you should have an exam/test and pick the people with the most knowledge in game!

Sorry for double posting but, come to think of an idea, we could implement a Level system of at least 3 Levels.
L3 Head Supporters - This will mainly be composed of the L5 admins suggested people, can freely mute someone misuing.
L2 Trusted Supporters - Will be composed of L4 recommended people. Are more trusted than L1.
L1 New Supporters - Will be mainly composed of people that are going to try their best to stay on this group.
As I see it, L1 rank is not needed at all, we could just make 2 ranks, Trusted and Head. Trusted can't mute, Head can mute people misusing. Leave your opinions about this.

BTW I think that supporters should have access to the support channel chat log so they can respond to support channel missuses report's... probably there will be a bit that no supporter/staff will be online and it would allow ppl to report them those misuses...

The work of trusted is to help and prove that they are really doing their job actively. If they really are good, any L5 can promote them to Head supporter.

No need for ranks. One support team leader maybe, but that would probably be a staff.

Well the point of them is to demonstrate they are worth enough to become Heads one day, but as Rick said, maybe it is better to add only one Head (Admin) and super trusted people, this will be Trusted Supporters, without any Level. Agree with you Rick.
btw In my opinion those supporters should be selected from different time zones, and also they should be chosed carefully so no one abuses the power of muting people, only people that are noble, trusted, and experienced should be accepted.

Great this will be an nice idea and 100% sure it will be added okay but maybe there are good people or some people want be an admin and can't help in Support Chat even when they saying on the apply "I saw him never in Support chat" but maybe we can help this?

Sorry but this was abit hard to understand, but you can always help in the support chat, you don't have to have this rank, the idea with this rank is to keep the support chat "cleared" from players who are misuseing. You'll always be avaible to help in the support chat unless you are muted.

This has been added. L5 will now add supporters upon special invite.
