CIT 2 updates

It has been just under two weeks and we've done a fair bit for CIT 2 infact just this weekend we've done about half the things thanks to a motivation boost today. If that motivation boost keeps up everything we planned (what you guys voted for in the poll) will be done in 2 more weeks and then for some more months we will add even more new stuff as MTA 1.1 won't be out for a while.

What we've finished so far:
Call for services (Police, Fire, Medic, Mechanic, Taxi, etc.) from the citPhone
Change Password via citPhone
Turf system improvement
Automatically make people with 3 stars or more criminals
Housetracking Feature
Ammo sharing script
Any color for your car when you buy
Any color for your car at modshop
Lottery system /lotto
Job skin selector
More vehicle slots

CIT 2 come's out whenever MTA 1.1 is released.. ( correct me if im wrong )

Same time because most of the new features depend on new MTA features like new skins and vehicle colors.
