What is the suggestion going about?: Newbies having less than 24 hours being able to bribe a cop.
Description: Newbies who will have less than 24 hours will be able to bribe a cop, some newbies when they have less than 24 hours have no knowledge about criminal job/system and once they touches a ped or a cop, they get wanted points and how could they get rid of it? Ofcourse the only way is to get arrested by a cop and wait till you pass the jail time, but sometimes his friend or a person who has mercy on him take bribe.
What would this suggestion improve: It will let the newbies play more nicely and let them stay outside of jail.
Why does this needs to be added?: Some newbies have no knowledge about criminal system and when they try to do something which gives them wanted points/level they get wanted and wow, they get arrested by a cop, but some cops who have mercy, they used to ask them to bribe him as they are innocent, but when the newbie tries to bribe the cop, he is not able to bribe him/her because the newbie have less than 24 hours. This won't harm anyone if newbies who have less than 24 hours will be able to bribe a cop, rather, it will help the newbies. You would say that they can use /fine but sometimes the newbie has more wanted points/level so he is not able to use /fine command.
Can you provide us any examples?: I think it's not needed.
Note: Talked to Wilz, but we aren't fully sure if it is bugged or what, thus we are here to suggest it. If it was a bug it will be fixed else its upto Arran to decide if it should be added or not, thanks.
