Vehicles Recovery Pad @Palamino Creek + TP Marker @North Rock Hut

Hello mates,

I'm suggesting to add a vehicle recovery pad on RC - Palamino Creek.

- Why should we add this recovery pad?
Well, as you know there's an armed robbery on this location so we've to add a vehicle recovery pad to give players the ability to recover their cars to them (In case if they hadn't VIP hours).

Why should we add this: The reason why we should add this , it because all the Armed Robbery in Los Santos had already nearest rapid transportation markers except at North Rock Hut.

Added the vehicles recovery pad. Teleport marker is plain pointless as I see that cops often rush criminals at the hut. It would make the AR even more unbalanced than it is.
