• Specific Amount of Iron for Miners
Well this idea is quite simple. As it is so difficult to explain to our new workers how much iron would they get in their level due to the fact that makes this job give random amounts between two values, it would be quite convenient if instead of this, the miners recieve an exact amount of Iron per rock, according to their level. I made the counts by myself and here would be the list. It is made so the L5 earns 100% more than L0 and the L10 earns 200% more than L0:
L0 - 135
L1 - 162
L2 - 189
L3 - 216
L4 - 243
L5 - 270
L6 - 297
L7 - 324
L8 - 351
L9 - 378
L10 - 405
I need to clarify that both L9 and L10 are earning around 30-40 grams more than the average they usually get, but it's not a really important difference and won't really affect the balance.
This idea was taken from the Space miner job as there you always get exact values, which makes it clear for the workers to know how much they have to work to earn a specific amount of resources. I hope it quite explains it all.
