Removing the Time limit from Store Robberies

Nowadays, Store Robbery is a very underused criminal activity, the only times this is used is when Criminal Bosses are having a riot and use it to get wanted. After robbing the store, the criminal can leave and move to another store instead of waiting 5 minutes (3 minutes since 2 of those were in robbing the store) and rob another store right away. This will boost CnR activities and criminals can increase their reputation. Also, you won't be able to rob the same store for 15 minutes, but you are free to move to another one, this will prevent camping.

There is the possibility of making roughly 100,000-150,000 give or take with the time limit being removed altogether.

With the time limit being removed players or groups can spend their time robbing store after store as an additional activity which you can't do because of the time limit, you won't be able to rob the same store for 15 minutes to prevent abuse.
