Addition of "Nissan Silvia s15" in VehMods

After the recent update of a new vehicle getting added into VehMods, I thought it would be nice to add in another classic drifting vehicle "Nissan Silvia S15"

The Nissan Silvia series were made within the timeline of GTA SA (1992), so having this vehicle added in would blend in nicely given the environment and allow JDM, Drifters, Cruisers to enjoy the aspect of this great vehicle ingame.

Since this will be added to the VehMods list, it gives an opportunity to allow people the choice to use this vehicle mod and won't take up too much space.


- The "Nissan Silvia s15" will replace the "Elegy" ( ID 562 )
- It has its own collision and a shadow textures
- Supports all the functions of the game (been tested)
- Low MB (1.12mb)
- Supports different variants & body modifications

The car itself uses only the standard game textures, meaning it'll fit within the GTA SA environment and won't be some unrealistic bright vehicle floating around.

Yeah, as the conversation was done in the main chat with Arran, I really liked your idea of adding a Silvia or a Skyline.
Since it is a vehmod, it won't be an issue of downloading them compulsorily during login and keeping the file in players' computer.

Also, the size of the file which is like 1.1 MB really makes the mod efficient for server as well. I always love to see JDMs in the server at any point of time. So, a big positive vote from my side!

I love the  veh mod cant wait for it to see ingame tbh and it sick and many people will love it my opinion. Elegy is popular vehicle these days and adding a mod to it will make it more enjoyable , its a good addition to game according to me . My vote is Positive

Yes it was mentioned by Arran shortly after the latest update came out, I would had suggested this as a new vehicle to add in CIT (due to Arrans main topic of suggesting new ideas) but due to it being a replacement of the Elegy, too many people owns shaders on this vehicle (myself included) so I wouldn’t want the elegy to be permanently replaced as it’s already a decent popular vehicle. So that’s why my suggestion is adding it to VehMods so people can decide freely if they want to use it

It looks too cool that I think it should be added as a normal car and not as a mod in /vehmods. The textures are decent. The car will fit the time of the game and its environment. I hope it gets added as a new vehicle with a high price and with a good drifty handling. Positive

although I don't love the /vehmod. but honestly, this "Nissan Silvia s15" car is really cool. for those who love cars like 'Elegy' and add this car to /vehmod. no problem and its MB is very low and we should add it and I support this idea.

Hello, since a long time I have been looking for such suggestion. I would post it before but I never got the time for it.

Anyways, I would like to let my opinion about this suggestion.

Would be amazing to see a Nissan Silvia in vehicle mods specially on elegy vehicle since this is the vehicle that most of the community uses for such events as drifting or races. This vehicle could bring realism and motivation to make race groups / squad.

Well, it looks like amazing because that is Nissan Silvia and I love that car, and seeing that in /vehmod is will be a good addition in /vehmod just like the recent /vehmod got add in elegy drift especially for a player who really love Nissan Silvia will gonna like seeing that in /vehmod in server, Positive.

It seems like a neat addition to the game. I am always supportive of LQ Vehmods/skins that are liked and would make specific cars like the Elegy get used by more people. the fact that the Elegy drifts a bit would add up to the car value as well, this would attract drifters to use the mod and make some use of it in activities and perhaps some montage.
