Addition of "Nissan Silvia s15" in VehMods

The mod indeed doesn't look out of place and too shiny, as long as its within the MB limit I'm supporting its addition. Voting positive.

Please explain to me how this is unnecessary megabytes.
This is within VehMods meaning the files aren’t being downloaded on “Players” computer, unless they “Choose” to download and install the Mod.
 Also the fact that it’ll be one of the smallest “MB” vehmods, the recent Tofu Safin mod took up 23MB too

Comment something better than “unnecessary megabytes” when it’s clearly not affecting the players free choice
