If there's added command for Level 4 for spawn, it can be set as L6 group for who's in alliance group(s).

its not that easy to get level 4,if u are newbie in that CIT, Laurel its not a fight iam trying to explain what I wanna say, listen the new players will hate that system of vip hours because it costs alot imagine every 10 hours I have to buy vip to recover my car, they still newbies and they have alot of things to buy like ammo,guns,iron, etc, its not that easy to get level 4 let's make it level 2 better u will be able to get level 2 after 2 months of work, so its fair enough if its for level 2 +

Supporting this, As you mentioned in your suggestion that alliance became useless after removing skin sharing ability. So, Adding this feature is needed and makes sense, Also, Adding it as a perk for L3 groups would be better since L3 groups now getting only the spawn feature. Voting positive.

It can be good, but I have a suggestion for this discussion.

- It can be work for who have L6+ group (Official)

- If you take a group base (L3) and recovering ur car it wont be good for us, cuz since L3 is really ez level...

- If you set this as L6+ Group, i'll give Positive.

Actually, Adding this feature for groups that achieved L3 will be better than restricting it to the official groups, there are some groups that have been created recently and they are active and need some feature to motivate them to continue their activity because this, on the other hand, will help the community to restore its activity again.

Also, it doesn't get [groups can spawn vehicles inside the base.] So this water is supposed to be for L6+ groups because they'll be able to use it, not L3 because L3 hasn't yet got can spawn vehicles inside the base. So it is better to be to groups + L6

I like the idea but I want to edit smth, So you can only recover your vehicle inside your OFFICIAL ALLY BASE/HOOD (+L6 Groups).
Would be a good addition to the official groups status perks, If u agree with that inform me to change my vote.

Automatic healing for group members inside the base area.
Access to /addbaseped /delbaseped.

L4 feature is different 
Spawning 6 vehicles with a low amount of money and you are choosing those vehicles. I am a founder of L2 group and saying to you I am spawning every vehicle I am owning in F2 in my base without vip.

since there is no advantage of being in an alliance nowadays As Ramos said I think adding this would be useful since sometimes we spawn at Alliance Hoods to go to AR's and we need something to go to the AR with so I am positive.

Seems like perfect idea. Sometimes we don't have VIP to recover our vehicles and this idea will save us.I am obviously upvoting to this suggestion.

That suggestion kinda makes sense, sometimes you join a training or patrol or any kind of things that occur to you... maybe there's AR/CE/Riot nearby an ally base and you need to spawn a vehicle... This would be helpful, to both sides.

I guess your suggestion could benefit well to the community nowadays this economy has increased that we couldn't afford the necessary money to buy some VIP hours.

By other way recovering our vehicles in our alliance base could save us some time like if you're being called to a regroup. if we don't afford VIP hours, we'll lose time.
and we will have to find a way to travel to our destination that fast unless we are being escorted everywhere we go with our friends and you'll just have to enter
as a passenger.
