Hello!
The farmer job is currently overpaid job when you work for Wheat, you could earn with it 500k within 20 minutes which is not balanced at all comparing the other jobs.
Proof:

Earning This hour : $478,800//$480,000. Hour resets in 40 minutes.
As level 6 you get 1900 Wheat per 100 Seeds =$120,000
                           7600 Wheat per 400 Seeds =$480,000 (earnlimit)
So you'll be able to reach the earn limit in just 20-22minutes as level 6, so imagine what you can earn at level 10
As far as I know when you're at level 10 as Farmer you get:
2700 Wheat per 100 Seeds =$170,000
8100 Wheat per 300 Seeds =$510,000 (you could go over the earnlimit in just 15 minutes)
10800 Wheat per 400 Seeds =$680,000
The calculations above clearly show how overpaid the job it is, and please don't tell me that the earlimit is made for these kind of reasons because it's not logical and unbalanced comparing the other job payments.

So it's necessary to decrease the Farmer job payments of Wheat only by 50%(by half) to make the job more balanced.
So if we go with:
(2700*0.5)=1350 Wheat per 100 Seeds=$85,000
(8100*0.5)=4050 Wheat per 300 Seeds=$255,000
(10800*0.5)=5400 Wheat per 400 Seeds=$340,000 (20-24minutes)
The payments of Herbs and Hemps are just fine.

Please give us a break with those civilian payment changes, this is not even liked by the State Officials themselves...

So let me get this straight, nerf this job > complain about why 0 people played it in the last week > make it the same again AND REPEAT. simply, no and the biggest evidence of that is what happened with the fisherman job. please stop doing this stuff for individualistic gain and care more about the job and people who play it everyday despite how draining and repetitive it may be. a job so boring as Farmer compared to CnR has its reasons for paying well, enough said.

1- don't speak on behalf the State Officials, if they see something wrong, they will have to post their opinions.
2- If we go with your opinion, then let's make every job OP which will give 500K per 15 minutes just to make them more playable, come up with suggestions that improve the civilian side instead of profiting from the OP jobs.
3- Explain how decreasing the earnings will give me an ''individualistic gain'' as you stated above  :fp:

As a L8 farmer yes, it gives a lot of wheat for just one harvest and as a result of this fact you can full fill the earnlimit for just like 5-7 minutes so its not fair compared to the other jobs' payments and in the other side it affects the f7 market system's average cost per unit people sells their wheat for like at low price 57-60, but when we downgrade the wheat amount that farmer gives to the farmers, they will have to sell it for like 60+ because everyone wouldn't be able to get that amount of wheat for like it was giving it in a short time gap. So my opinion is totally positive  :tick:

So, Instead of staying it like other jobs (reaching the earning limit in 15-25mins) decreasing the payments and making the players reach the earning limit in 40mins and finally making the job more inactive. Logical...

Why decreasing more jobs ? All job got Alot of decreasing and made them unplayable and inactive for example ( City engineer ) got Alot decrease in payment that made it inactive for a long time and people not working it Alot nowadays another point farmer are very boring job if you work it for 1h you will get bored fast the only thing that make this job still playable is payment for sure  negative  :cros:

Yes, exactly how it would be

Farm is over paid, but it is very boring and also a little difficult to sell wheat at certain times.
As a level 10 farmer, I like to hit earnlimit fast and look for other things to do, like being crim, run in races, or even go to LV. It's helping me to not leave the game, again. So, i'm negative too  :cros:

Neutral on this as there could be other ways of fixing it and cutting it's payment should be the last resort to be done.

For example reducing the ability to plant crops from 100 to 50 like it was the way years ago while keeping the grow duration and I really don't know why it was raised 2x on this. The other way would be to make this job more demanding from the tasks to justify the high payment like doing more activities or having more situations to fulfill so the seeds can grow up to crops.

How secondary/tertiary tasks could look like:
=> like having to fertilize the field so the nutrition level of this field would be optimal to grow crops and if the nutrition level of a field would fall below a certain percentage like 50% and below the crops are growing slower. Fertiliziers could be bought like seeds from a marker.
=> keeping the crops hydrated and spray water on the field to keep them growing dependable of the weather and temperature.
=> the combination of the hydration and nutrition level could give crops a "health" level and if lets say the nutrition level is below 50% and hydration level is below 40% the crops would be plagued by mold or other diseases which could ruin all the crops.
=> random events of a locust swarm which eats your crops away if you don't spray insecticide with a crop duster.

If being the most worked job in the last 12 hours with the most hour spent is the definition of "already dead" then what are the other jobs in your opinion?

Just want to say, keeping a job that OP leads to kill off other jobs which have more tasks to fulfill but paid on a normal base regardless of earnlimit or not. On top of that it kills off the development on other jobs/new jobs as if the updated jobs or new developed jobs are not paying the amount of money in that range. I mean the city engineer for sure has that high payment as if the job wouldn't pay that good it will get abandoned like the hunter is already.
