Reaching level 60 is like achievement and and a milestone, totally agree with the money distribution as it's deserved.
Talking about the image/GIF, it would add more dynamics to the interface and will look more cheerful and playful.

Emojis are unique and fun, much better than another 10% rise in payment which isn't that much and isn't noticeable at least here you can feel that you achieved something

Yea well currently you don't get anything much when reaching level 60 and after level 50 it just becomes an endless race to nothing, without any major rewards

Adding something different like emojis might be cool and a little encouraging for officers to reach level 60

I would also suggest that you include giving some sort of cash reward on achieving the highest level too, probably around $5,000,000 would be cool and reasonable

Uh well, it's a nice emoji and also a small perk and not an advantage-able perk to cops so there's not gonna be a big deal with adding such a thing IMO. Positive.

I support the idea to be honest its kinda of a new thing in the server im talking about the emojis, but I will upvote this if you gonna edit the topic of rewarding both side crim/cop of getting level 60, we must to have a balance here

Alright, I just suggested only to cops, because I thought the criminal side already had a reward for achieving level 60, but It seems that it doesnt have, so this can be for both sides... I will edit my suggestion

Achieving level 60 in such a section like the police officer and Criminal job is something extremely difficult which should come along with specific rewards. The cash reward is a good idea, but the emoji thing is way more brilliant an I am fully supporting it.
Thus I am going Positive.
