The cash reward is a good idea, but the emoji thing is way more brilliant an I am fully supporting it.

Leveling up to L60 isn't such an easy task and its challenging, having rewards for these achievements is a good idea, plus the cash isn't that much and is just enough to compensate for the time and effort put into it. The emojis is an extra which is something dope, can't say no to that.

Reaching Level 60 as a Cop or a Criminal isn't something easy to achive and the Emojis are cool as well, so I am upvoting.

well I think it's a good idea Level 60, because it is very difficult to reach, so this can be good Positive

- Added PepeCop + PepeCop2 for L60 police and PepeCrim + PepeCrim2 for L60 criminals. Requires reconnect. (Arran + TomHartS2)

Obviously the animated GIF one doesn't work in-game.

Not adding the cash reward as L60's don't need cash.
