I am supporting your suggestion since it is a good solution to avoid the disturbance we get from this issue.

- If you rent a business property, you will see a different icon on the one you rent. (Arran + TomHartS2)

Had to use floppy disk (which is I guess an apartment icon) as there is no red icon, though I know there was one in SP but I didn't see it in the model list alongside the property_blue and property_green.
