[+++][B] Adding Suspension Mod to Stafford

This suggestion is simple, as of right now a stafford can not be modified with engine parts for obvious reasons since it's already bulletproof but I see no reason why we shouldn't be able to alter the suspension setting. So my suggestion is to be able to Lower Suspension (-) and Suspension (+). It's a simple tweak that improves the enjoyment of the gameplay.

Some people like to have the suspension high and others low, and it is something that most people upgrade to when buying a new car, not to mention that most people tend to use Stafford for example gang wars, group activities of law/criminal and etc, in short, the car is mostly used by the community, so it would not be bad if the suspension of the car could be modified. In summary, it would not affect the fact that the suspension could be raised / lowered to the stafford.
