[+++][A] [LV] Removing the limit of /gangster bcs of using jetpack last 3 mins

What is the suggestion going about?: [LV] Removing the limit of going gangster because of using jetpack last 3 mins.
Description: This was implemented because of the players that go criminal/unoccupied to use jetpacks to get on high grounds then switch to a gangster. obviously in LS
What would this suggestion improve: This can be removed when I'm in LV since players were abusing it To get higher grounds in LS and since jetpack is not available in LV so I can have that restriction while Im in LS but the moment I get into LV I can go gangster normally.
Can you provide us with any examples?: as an LV player, I go to LS to play as a cop sometimes or criminal and I use jetpacks, then I decide to get back to LV I will be forced to stay criminal for 3 minutes straight which means I can't take any turf percentage in LV or even defend my own turfs since I'm not a gangster

you know I could abuse the feature just by /rt to LV to become a gangster again. I guess there should be a script to detect if someone's abusing it repeatedly like I mentioned before.

let's say you want to go on top of a tower in a turf u go criminal use a jetpack to get to the tower, /rt to LV > AP /gangster > are you gonna return to the tower?

I've been forced to war as a criminal because of it and the frustration compounds as you can't switch to gangster when hit for the last 20 sec, which in a war happens often. This limitation seems like an oversight to scenarios like these. Voting positive

That would be the only way that makes it easy like u said and the example I just stated came into my mind after playing a few games of call of duty

Player A goes to LS uses a jetpack and goes on top of a tower to throw for player B the jetpack
Player B uses the jetpack to go to the top of the tower
Player A Teleport > LV > BACK LS .  Player B throws the jetpack and player A use it to go back on top

Seems like it is hard to understand, Why was that restriction added? It was added because you don't go criminal and use the jetpack to get on a roof or a higher ground and then switch to gangster,
So If you already teleported to LV and became a gangster you already lost the location you got using the jetpack. Have some common sense and think about it before posting for 5 seconds 

Jetpack was removed from LS gangsters and some of them are still abusing jetpack but how are they abusing jetpack? they take the criminal job then use the jetpack to go to any roof, etc then go gangster once again which gives them a huge advantage.
