Honestly I REALLY like this idea. It's extremely realistic. Driver usually has control over the radio unless the passenger is like his girlfriend or something. Everyone knows how it ends if you don't let her control it LOL.

Anyways, you can make the script use this:
http://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/IsPedInVehicle
to check if the player is in a vehicle then use this:
http://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/GetVehicleController
to get the driver and this:
http://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/GetVehicleOccupants
to get everyone in the vehicle

You then get whatever the driver is streaming from his ipod, and set it to the other Occupants.
When they exit the vehicle,  you can use http://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/OnVehicleExit to stop the music for that player.

http://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/OnVehicleEnter to start the music for the player if the driver is already streaming.

I'm sure you know all this already, but I'm just trying to map it out to make it as easy as possible.

Would be awesome to play your own music in your  car. This makes the radio more realistic.
So when your press B>Radio>Choose track>Play, Then everyone in car can hear it. Why not .
