[Resolved] Confirm when buying houses

Today, I went to the house seller place (sorry, don't know the name. Near SAPD base). I was viewing some house price, but I accident press the "buy this house" and I don't even like that house. So my suggestion is added the Yes, No after you press the "buy this house". It would be like this:
            Do you want to buy this house?
                      Yes              No
Also my other suggestion is added the sell house like when you sell a car, it would be useful if you accident buy a house that u don't want to and when other player that don't wanna buy that house.

Yes,i've tested a little script on my local server / house system.I've added that you can sold thiss house for which u buy it or sold it in a moment(when u want) Or i can sold it for price which i want but it wont be solded in a min,it will be solded when someone will buy it.Btw if u sold 9it for price u bought it it will dissapear previous house owner's name.
