I think the high definition (HD) problem isn't from the program or the files, it's the design itself.

then its ur designs problem

then its ur designs problem
i can show you my designs, before there's no HD issues

The files have nothing to do with the HD thingy. Choose your textures and everything on your designs with high quality.

If you would like, You can send me one of your design's texturized edit and I will test it on my PC to find out if the problem is from the textures used or from your PC.

try to use TXD for a skin tests.
Nah man TXD sucks. It can really screw up the definition of your skin. Use https://www.gtainside.com/en/sanandreas/tools/88448-magic-txd-1-0/ it's way better and I use it personally

I can't see any wrong in the SS.
If you are meaning the quality of the skin changing when you zoom out the screen, So that's because you are in GTA San Andreas man! It's normal. Explain more if I got you wrongly.

That's your problem ? that's normal dude. When Hosting a Game or Logging into map editor to test your skin/shader it appears with a slightly lower quality since the "Host Game" and "Map Editor" has nothing that makes the game clear and HD. Luckily, in CIT it's perfect and HD so it may appear slightly less HD than CIT for obvious reasons. Thus, That's perfectly normal and I had the same problem but when the skins/shaders got added in-game and I saw them, they were perfectly texturized and HD.
