Well, as far as I know about this issue because I was facing the same issue 5-6 days earlier and the solution is from the central that your company is associated with. So I'll just give you some steps that you may try as I did and it worked successfully for me and my gameplay is fully stable now.
Try reaching the central your landline is assigned to > ask them for a test router because you are facing internet issues > get back home and test the router you had instead of the one you're currently using then try logging in-game while you're using it. If the problem is fixed, then you'll need to buy a new router. If it's not fixed, then you'll probably need to head back to the central and ask them for an IT to come check the cables wired to your router (this cable check will be done for free and it should be in the box located under your place.
Telling you this after several solutions and complaints to the router company I am on, they had nothing to do and this issue appears to a lot of Egyptians due to the power shortage that happens daily around the whole country.
