The title says it all. I feel we deserve to represent our lord and savior in all chats we want to. Someone spams it too much? That can be dealt with.

Well, there are a lot of "kinds" from our mate Lenny. Angry, sad, dollaric, magic... Etc. All of them would be allowed or just the regular (And kind perv) one?

Well, the only characters disabled per my understanding are certain parts of the basic ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Re-enabling them would allow all the others to be used, I think?

I'm talking about faces like ( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡°) (Angry), (ง ͠° ͟ل͜ ͡°)ง (Fighter) and some more that you can freely find HERE (http://www.alexdantas.net/lenny/).

Seeing as there is a setting to not show chinese and arabic, to those who for whatever reason do not want to see the lenny face, there could be a setting to disable it.
That way, it can just be re-enabled as it initially used to be, and the current script which is disabling essential lenny characters will apply to those who disabled seeing the lenny face.

I have never understood why these faces have been disabled. Spam is spam. If someone spams with these faces then that does not mean we must FULLY disable them from server. Spammer will be punished thats all

Actually, the problem is that people miss understood what spam is. Using a lenny face is not spam at all. Using two, three or four in the same text line is spam. This is an inocent face just like the simple ":')" so, allowing them (in all its variariarions) would not generate a problem. Clear rules of what spam is would fix the deal, not forbiding a face.

By adding the Lenny face again in the chat we can manage to put more emotion in a typing. If we bann Lenny then we should also bann :) :( :S and stuff. No need to bann Lenny. Nothing to loose if we put ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) back in chat. To the spammers. Well they can also spam with :) and :( right?

Lenny face (And his variations) doesn't break any of those rules, so why is that even forbiden? I've seen a lot of players getting muted by try to use Lenny in teamchat. The reason is "Spamming/Flooding", but there is no rule breaking if we head to the real meaning of those two words.
A rule like "Do not use the Lenny Face in a senseless and stupid form" would prevent fools to use this to really spam nor flood.
