[ADDED] /mark "Name"

Well yeah,
As the title says, adding the ability to do /mark "name" command same as the /sms "name" idea
However it will be easier to mark people & please don't reply something like
"Oh, You can just mark from the CITPhone"

EDIT:  also adding that argument that accepts a partial name instead of putting a full name

for example "xMaaaDx" by that system can let you add some letters from the name such as "/mark maaad"

Well, This idea is a good one, for the lazy players, but why don't you suggest changing the ped that when we mark someone appears. Good idea By the way.

U can use F8 and Copy, Ctrl + C, Paste, Ctrl + V.

I vote for this because it will be easier !!

All I can see is a pure farming of posts from you in every suggestion in this board. Please tell me which is easier? Press B > Mark player, or copy the name > open F8 > Paste the name?
I like the suggestion and it could be really helpful. Making things more easier rather than simply complicate them. +1

You just have to go to the marking option and write the player name, I dont see an actual point that might make me upvote this, as I already said why adding a script thats already existed ingame, people now do like to get the commands ready by this I mean they dont have to wirte the whole command they just have to go to an option and do what the command can do, for me I do see that the current marking option is far better and easier than this.
