I have an old forum account made from 2013 and it was deleted how can I back the old account ?

You can't get it back if it's deleted. You must create a new one now, use /getforumaccount username password in order to create a new forum account.

It was my known account and made from 2014 how it was deleted without my permission

All inactive accounts got deleted a while ago, the only way to get a forum account now is by creating a new one.

Like he said. Adminstration has decided to delete inactive accounts. Sadly you can't recover it.
