I got this problem for a few days now, did everything, reinstalling gta and mta sa, deleting CIT mods server and downloading it again, removed antiviruses and reinstall them, I actually need help since the thing is can't be fixed with those normal solutions.

Majority of CIT players are facing this problem, including myself.
We must wait till they find a fix.

I tried acutally to join and it did now, but you need more people to inform you nervous cuz it was happening to a lot of people not me only, anyway thanks..
