Is this a reoccuring ban and do you keep getting banned when you try to join the game? If yes, probably you're banned on the other ban list, and only Administrators have access to that ban list.

Could you provide your serial? It would be helpful for them.

Yes, every time I enter I get banned again

Normal ban for those who keep evading their ingame restrictions such as nofire ban.
