[+++] Adding o7 emoji to the forum and game

As you know, o7 has recently become very popular. It is also used a lot in the game and on the forum, but it does not have an emoji. I think it would be nice to add an emoji.

For those who don't know, o7 is an emoticon that means to salute a person.
