Note: Your application will be judged on the basis of your post quality not quantity, so no need to spam every board, all you need is to be active on forums and must have SOME contribution towards the community ( Now it can be in the form of reporting bugs at QA board, Giving your opinions at Debate board, Making suggestions for the community or helping the community at General support board) So instead of spamming these boards with nonsense, make some constructive posts and at least make an effective Application.
Your activity is enough, no need to camp at all the boards but posting at boards for chatting is not considered as a contribution towards the community.. Focus on any board and be useful and hopefully you will get xCM. General Support board, Ideas and Suggestions, Debate and Quality Assurance boards can increase your chances of getting accepted so I REPEAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY NOT QUANTITY.
System became so lame. Forcing people to post in specific boards and to do think in certain way is making it so generic. Why should players be forced to post in boards and discussions they dont like. Or making huge and constructive posts, when they can simply explain something in sentence or two. This is the most mature post in the whole topic , but if X Player tried to achieve a rank on forum and its seems hard and none interested to give him it since he is not super active on forum , What he will do , Personally I tried all solutions and I watched every application in Community rank board , to see how they was doing , and I learned from their mistakes and tried to improve my activity to get it , also I did not force you to follow this guide , its really made for those who're interested and searching for a forum rank.
Player X is, for example, moderating Criminal Boss team and doing it good, making good threads, getting in discussions often with good arguments, making good decisions. He doesnt deserve to be XCM, but someone who spams "major" boards, getting in discussions he doesnt really care about, helping players by simply posting random copy/paste shit, deserves to be XCM.
I helped few people get JCM/RCM by making posts for them, and it felt so lame. They get rank and they simply continue doing things they actually like. If one person can effectively join discussion in "Police team" board, that means he can join any discussions that he finds interesting, that directly effects his gameplay or where he can contribute by his own knowledge/experience.
Just check general support board or debate board. Its full of generic, boring and copy/paste posts. Its not players problem, since they are getting forced to do that. Back in times people got ranks for being active part of community. Not only in forum, but in game too.
Ok now to finish my rant id say that admins shouldnt evaluate players in same way. Also in game activity in crim/civ/law side should be considered too. There are people who left their mark in game, but they have no forum rank cuz they didnt go around posting generic things. After all this is CIT2 community. Also if you see person who deserves rank dont wait for him to apply, just give him a damn rank.
Lol this is too nice , Lets just add everyone's history about getting JCM , I got it by posting 3 to 5 posts daily in dev board and some boards too also the help ig and forum , sharing how you got JCM with the community will help the players too :thumb:
- Make constructive, thought-provoking posts in meaningful threads: Debate, Community Ranks suggestion topics, Land Development suggestions, anything that has some sort of value to it.
- Be helpful at General Support. Being helpful doesn't mean race to get post, mind you. If your solution isn't going to help/is already posted, then don't post.
- Make us believe you deserve to be considered a Community Member. Don't try to get a "rank"; try to participate in the community instead, w/o being focused only on the rank.
- If you've followed my advice above, your post quality should have increased dramatically. Quantity could have gone down a bit, though it's not a problem.
- Focus on a certain area of the forum that you like, enjoy in particular moreso than the others. Don't force yourself writing somewhere where you don't even know what to say.
- Everyone is free to make a thought-provoking thread in a debate - try to create some of your own. Remember what debate is and how it's like, follow the rules of a debate.
- Although Development Board is now closed for non-xCMs, getting one is still relatively easy - especially the JCM one.
- Be constantly active for the period of one month. While two weeks is enough, being active for a longer time shows us more that you're not only focused on getting a rank, thus increasing your chances.
- Help in-game, too. No matter whether you'll be rewarder here or not. Being a Community Member means nothing without the will to actually help the community.
- Just be yourself, try to improve yourself in many areas, but don't push it. Making a lot of posts everywhere is an example of "pushing it".
Hope my advices will help some of you. I've started to work for my JCM in like February and half year later I've became a member of the Staff Team. Achieving your "dreams" here isn't really that hard; it's more about what you want to do with what you achieved more than anything.
I've made my way up to the Staff to fight off bad things like cyberbullying. To make this place even better than it is now. What is your reason, your motivation to become a Junior Community Member?
Don't think of getting a certain rank; think what GOOD you will do with it.
Thank you for your attention. :)
so this topic gonna be useless? https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=201791.0No, it won't. He stated his way. It depends on you which way you want to follow. You can follow both as there is no problem in it. FMMs won't see what way your are using to get Community Rank, they will see your posts quality.

I listen through this and this is the effect. Now I got JCM, Thankyou for your guide @ExiSenza .No Problem and i'm happy for hearing that from you.
I think it will be better if its under name ''How to achieve community ranks''. because if all these steps are done RIGHTLY you have a high percentage to get your application accepted. also excellent guide. When I achieve RCM so not yet, I'm sure that I will change the topic and add more updates so I don't be like a liar got or something else.
I've noticed tons of people with these problems so I'll try to focus on these stuff, using proper punctuation affects your chances of being a JCM in a good way. This is pretty good, would help them too.
Punctuation: The proper use of the comma, full stop, and symbols that will make it easier for you to express what you want to say.
- The Comma: "," is used in sentences as a reference of addition, or as a replacement for "and"
- You must a space AFTER the comma, not before and after, just after it.
*Example "Hello there, how are you doing?" is CORRECT.
* WHAT NOT TO DO: " Hello there , how are you doing?" is INCORRECT., "Hello there, how are you doing?" is INCORRECT.
- You must not use a capital letter after a comma! use a small letter instead.
*Example "I'm going home, what about you?" is CORRECT.
*WHAT NOT TO DO: "I'm going home, What about you?" IS INCORRECT.
*You could use a capital letter if it's a name, that's the only exception!
- Full stop: You use it when you finish your sentence, simple as that. You can use more than one full stop in a paragraph.
- Just like the comma, you must leave a space AFTER the full stop.
- You must start with a capital letter after the full stop, unlike the comma.
*Example: "It's been years since I've played that game. Want to play it again?"
NOTE: The question mark (?) and the exclamation mark (!) has the same deal as the full stop.
- Apostrophes: You use this in some situations, for example when you talk about someone's property, or when you merge two words together.
* Examples on the use of Apostrophes:
"I went to John's house yesterday, we played too much video games that we missed class the next day."
" I won't buy this game, I heard that it's full of cheats!" (Replaced "will not" with "won't" and "it is" with "it's")
*INCORRECT APOSTROPHES THAT WERE USED BY MANY PEOPLE: "I wan't some coke", the word "wan't" is incorrect, there's no merge of two words here, therefore the valid thing to say is "want"
Your and You're: "You're" refers to "You are" when you are telling someone about himself, "Your" is when you tell someone about something he have.
*Examples: "You're gonna do your homework or I'll take away your phone!"
- Capital letters and small letters in a sentence:
- You only use the capital letters when you're starting a sentence, or after a full stop. (or a question mark/exclamation mark)
"Are you staying here for a while? I'll go home in some minutes.."
- Or saying a name, for example "John, Friday, September, Add" *" Hello, your name is Add, right?" " I was born in September." "I'm going to the cinema this Friday!"

The topic is going to be locked if the OP recieves ban , As he won't be able to modify/edit his tutorial.
Well , There's no single rule which says that getting a mute in fourm doesn't result in locking this topic , Yet i've taken a look into his profile 2 days left and till mute expires , Also I was about locking this but as long as we should have patience and that this topic has all what JCM guide should have , therefore i'm not locking this. @TheHacker @ExiSenzaSure
I think you should also add

According to your JCM application (https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=324443.0), there is no problem but your posting quality. Add more effort to your posts, it's about quality after all.
HalsUm its M5 not pistol lool M5 not poor Gun!
If you are not sure then why vote negative?
And btw guards not that easy, guards are hard to be killed and they can kill people.....
if that happen in interior will you say same words?
If 2 players in DM area killing each other and let us say both of them has 40HP and somwone came and throw one grenades and took both kills is that fair?
Lol why Run when I need to kill him, if I ran from everyone has guard then I won't work!

Good topic, waiting how to achieve staff guidelines :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:;D
If you want to apply for any Community rank you should post a topic in this board. There is no format so make your own, just explain why you deserve to be xCM.Mean that there is no format for the application, and you should make your own topic here (https://cit.gg/index.php?board=572.0) with your own style/format, you must type your serial and account name in the application.
Take time writing or submitting your application, make sure you are honest, because if you lie you will be warned and denied. If the lie is serious it could lead to a blacklist.you should tell the truth in the application because if you tell lies the staffs will know that and you will be denied or blaclisted, so be safe and be honest in your application all the time.
If you just came back from inactivity, you can apply AFTER being active in forum for at least 2 weeks, this is so you can get time to make useful posts and make your activity stable on the forum. If you was inactive for a period and you want to apply for a rank, then be active for 2 weeks or more to know the updates....etc, and to update your activity and make it decent for applying for the rank.
If not even Google Translate can understand your English, then you should improve it first before applying. Your English MUST be understandable on a minimally coherent level.Applying for any rank in the community mean that you can understand the players and ever one in the community very well, so if your english language skills are not decent, then improve it as much as you can, but don't use Google translate.
If you lost your RCM or SCM due to XYZ, you cannot directly apply for them, you must have the previous rank first, you cannot skip ranks and if you apply for them you will be denied. If you are RCM or SCM and you lost them for any reason, then you should apply for only the next rank and skipping ranks is not allowed even if you handled them before, so it will make you be denied directly.
If you power-post before you apply (spamming the forum to appear active), you may be denied for inconsistency and appearing ingenuine.Your posts should have a decent quality and the goal of them is for improving teh community and helping everyone, so the useless posts will decrease your chance to get the rank which you are applying for, so improve the quality of your posts as much as you can and make it have a sense.
If you edit your application you will be denied. Take your time and press preview before you submit. As we said the rules #2, you should take your time before submitting your topic/application, so you have not the ability to edit your topic, if you did that then you will force the staffs to deny you even if your topic/application is the best.
Try to post constructive or useful replies/posts, engage in discussions etc. We value a few useful posts like those over many useless posts. As we said that you should post with good quality and behavior, and your posts should have sense, so keep sharing your opinion on everything with polite way every time.
Punishment or warnings that are not trivial or minor will be a reason to deny your application.Handling a rank in the community means that your are a good guy and ideal for the players in the community.
If you are CB, SO, PC or otherwise and have been accepted for xCM, please state here which rank you would like to have as a primary group (that means it will be visible to other users)If you handle any duty of these (CB, SO, PC..etc) then you should post here (https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=183720.0) to make the staffs know what is the group which you want to belongs to it as a primary group (it doesn't mean ingame groups, but it mean the primary group or team in the forum which it will be visible to the others in the community like Guider, Donator L2...etc).
Do not copy your application or just copy it and change some words, if you do so you will be denied for lack of effort and being lazy. A warning may follow for useless post.If you applied before for any rank, then when you apply again don't copy your old application or change some words from it and post it as a new application because the old application was denied so using it again will lead you to the same result/en.
When establishing your English, it will not be based solely on your application, but on your recent posts. If a notable difference is observed, you may be denied. It means that rating your english language skills will be calculated from your recent posts or topics and contributes not the application, so as we said improve your posts/topics quality as you can and your english language skills too.
You cannot discuss or argue a denied applications, simply improve the points mentioned by FMM's.If you got denied, then the reasons of the denial will be your goals because you should improve yourself in these points which mentioned by the FFM's, and you can not appeal for the denial, but you can make topic in IR(Injustice Resolution) (https://cit.gg/index.php?board=712.0) board if you think that there is injustice in your result.
While you cannot skip ranks (applying), staff may reward you as they see fit (not applying & without warning). We said before that you can not skip any rank but the staffs may give you it to you as a reward without applying and you should have not any warnings, the reward will be for your unmatched contribute for/in the community.
FMM / L4+ Staff must state why they deny you.The FMM team or L4+ staffs will state the reasons for rejecting you, and you should focus on them and do your best to improve your experience on these points before applying again.
Staff will not recover any community forum ranks you had in the past if you don't bring sufficient proofs. The staff team won't give your a rank again without any decent proofs.
From 16-10-19 and now on FMMs won't recover any forum rank if you lost it because of you voluntarily deleting your forum account. If you are JCM, RCM or SCM and you deleted your account on forum and created a new one, then you won't have the ability to recover it in the new account, because no you forced you to delete it for any reason.
Stupid behavior or not using intelligence.be polite and don't make trouble/problem with anyone in the community and don't be known as a trouble maker or rules breaker because these reasons decrease your chance on achieving anything in CIT and it may lead you to be blacklisted, demoted or banned.
Be warned for lying, insulting or trolling or any other offense which is not trivial or minor. If you got a warn in the forum for any of the reasons that we mentioned, then it may be a reason to demote you from your rank, so be careful as much as you can and don't get inside any argument with anyone.
Ungrateful attitude. There is no explanation for this.
Non-specific serious offense.Making a big problem like hacking the system...etc
Any decision deemed appropriate by L4++ (serious)Special reasons.
Lie (serious) in the application.Tell lies in your application will make the crew which will see your application know that you are not trusted person and not suitable for this rank/place.
Muted many times. As we said the warnings will decrease your chance, so if the warnings are many then may be it lead you to be blacklisted.
Behaviour/temper problems. In the other side, your behavior will improve your chance so keep it up and don't be rude.
Prone to drama, causing trouble, bad example.Making trouble or drama about something may be it lead you to be blacklisted, so be logical in your topics and posts instead of using drama.
Had community rank removed before. If your rank was removed before it may lead you to be blacklisted, because the human should not do the same mistake twice.

@Senza it would be cool if you added some of ThunDer's guide to your topic and give him the credits, the information which you think it's going to be helpful. Not all of it of course.Maybe later, mate. I am busy.
Thanks of this , I learn more about this xd.
