Chat Boxes Guide


Small note: This Guide never contain things that they are related badly with the server,CopyRight of Chat Boxes Guide[/b]


- Well,here there's many tips of chat and many chats u can talk with them to players,here am going to show u them and how to chat and   


Main chat:

Press T and type /main <text>. The message will be visible by everyone in whatever zone (LS, SF, LV) you’re in.

Team Chat:
Press Y and enter a message. The message will be seen by everyone within the same team. For example, if you’re a criminal, typing a message in Team Chat only be seen by criminals.
-Spamming is not allowed in this chat it will cause being muted
-insulting someone and flaming him in this chat it will cause a mute for chat misueusing or flaming
-you can ask your teammates here about something related for just criminals if you are playing as a criminal

Local Chat:
Press U and enter a message. The message will be seen by everyone within a certain distance away from you.
-you can talk by local one with nearby players

Local Friends Chat:
Press T and type /locf <text> then that message will only appear to your CITBook friends that are in your local chat area.

Contact Admin Chat:
The command you should use to talk in the "Contact Admin" chat is: /cad<message>.

Support Chat:
The command you should use to talk in the support chat is: /sup <message>.
-Flaming admins in this chat will cause being muted
-do not post any thing in this chat unless if u have something related with admins and they must know it

Arabic Support Chat:
The command you should use to talk in the arabic support chat is: /asup <message>.

Group Chat:
The command you should use to talk in the group chat is: /gc <message>. The message will only been visible by those in your group.
-Flaming in this chat will cause being punished by group leaders

Squad Chat:
The command you should use to talk in the squad chat is: /sc <message>. The message will only been visible by those in your squad.
-Flaming in this chat will cause being punished by squad leaders

Unit Chat:
The command you should use to talk in the unit chat is: /uc <message>. The message will only been visible by those in your unit.

Alliance Chat:
Use the command /ac <message>. This message will only be visible to your group’s alliance.
-any flaming in this one will cause being punished in your group

Room Chat:
Use the command /room <message>. This message will only be visible to the room you've joined or created from F10 > Rooms.

Car Chat:
Use the command /cc <message>. The message will only be seen by the those in the vehicle.
-you can talk with the player in your vehicle and just you and him can see the chat logs

Emergency Chat:
Use the command /e <messsage>. This messages will only be visible by law enforcement.
-medics also can see this chat
-if u are a police officer and u want to say something like 10-32C @JFM that cops only allowed to see it and they will respond to your call as soon as possible

Country Chat:
None command is needed, simply press T and write your message and it'll appear to anyone from your country

CIT book friends chat:
The command you should use to talk in the CIT book friends chat is: /fmsg <message>. The message will only been visible by those people in your CIT book.

Radio: Use /r <message>. It is visible only for your current civilian job partners, hence Pilots can't speak with Truckers using this chat. Thse jobs don't have radio feature:- Farmer - Iron Miner - Cave Miner - Taxi Driver - Hunter - Ferry Captain

CEM Chat: Use /cem <message>. This is displayed only to Community Event Managers.

Donator Chat: Use the command /d <message>. This is displayed only to donators. You can enable/disable it from /settings.

If you can't see the message in the chatbox, click J, choose the correct tab at the left side and tick the "Show in chatbox" box.

You can bind them as well on a key. Use /bind key <chatbox> <command>

By doing /showchat, it will hide your chat and you won't be able to see anything said in any chatboxes. To enable it again, use F8 > showchat and it will be enabled


By doing /clearchat, it will clear all your previous chats (even from console) and will show the new posts after you used /clearchat command

You can also use /me <text> OR /do <text> when you press 'U', there won't be black message above your head

may you just ignore him,you are just searching for badluck to people,you caused for him warning 78% and now what u want else ,just go away and search for other things to do,nnot bringingbad luck to people

It doesn't matter.. I'm not going to lock a topic that is potentially helping people just because its owner is muted. Appreciate you help tho  :thumb:

and like what sabfas said,its helping players and it doesnt matter he is muted or no
and for u pino,always remember this,harvest posts by other ways to get much posts for community ranks,try to harvest posts by other ways not in utilities like this,the player didnt did any thing for you,got it?thanks, :D

Hey, @aymen
can you please change unit ''room''. /room command is not working anymore now you have to press F10 in order to talk in your unit. according to the latest update(s). to keep your guide up to date.

This one should be updated as the command is now '/cad' to prevent confusion with '/ac'.

We can now also use '/locf' instead of writing '[]' so you could add that too. But overall it's a nice guide, good job.  :thumb:

Unit Chat:

Group Alliance Chat:
Use the command /ac <message>. This message will only be visible to your group’s alliance.

Squad Alliance Chat:
Use the command /sac <message>. This message will only be visible to your squad’s alliance.

Room Chat:

Megaphone:
Use /mp <message>, when you are a cop and is riding a car to use the megaphone. This message will only be visible to nearby Cops and Criminals.

Use the command /countryadvert <message> which is like super advert but only to those in same country chat.

CIT book friends chat:
The command you should use to talk in the CIT book friends chat is: /fmsg <message>. The message will only been visible by those people in your CIT book.

For example you can bind group chat box to 'I' like this, /bind I chatbox gc. Pressing I will allow you to send messages directly into group chat.
