why does APB are so easy to arrest ?
I saw one of my friend uses the taser and after that he slap only 1 time with the baton and the APB is arrested.
cause usually u need hit 3 times 1/3 to be able to arrest someone with the baton. but thats weird :3

Your friend probably hit them 3 times, but you didn't see it. The baton hits have to be 3 in order to issue an arrest.
