Crane Operator job guide
Step 1: Location and Introduction- Head to Easter Basin Harbor in San Fierro.

- Understand that as a Crane Operator, your role involves moving, lifting, and positioning goods using a crane's electromagnet.
Step 2: Crane Selectionthere are two cranes available for the job:
- Crane 1 is situated in the South West.
- Crane 2 is located in the North East next to an anchored ship.

Step 3: Crane 1 OperationsOption A: Crane 1 - Load Mission
- Take on a loading mission assigned to you.
- Lift containers near the warehouse using Crane 1 and place them onto the Big Ship (Freighter).
- Complete the mission by positioning containers in 5 designated zones on the ship.
- Receive payment for each successfully loaded container.
Option B: Crane 1 - Unload Mission
- Accept an unloading mission for Crane 1.
- Use Crane 1 to carefully move containers from the Big Ship to specific boxes on the ground.
- Identify the boxes with a truck blip on the radar/map, categorized by Red, Yellow, and Blue colors.
Step 4: Crane 2 Operations
Option A: Crane 2 - Load Mission
- Wait until the Cargo Ship is ready and docked in the basin.
- Perform a similar loading task as Crane 1, but now with 7 designated zones on the ship.
Option B: Crane 2 - Unload Mission
- Choose the unloading mission for Crane 2 after the Cargo Ship has docked.
- Execute the same unloading process as the Crane 1 unload mission.
Step 5: Crane Operating Instructions- When entering the crane, you'll find a control panel with operating instructions.

- Remember to use the command "/magnet" if the container remains attached to the ship's magnet after successful loading.
- Keep an eye on the magnet load detector, located on the right side of your screen below the timer. It confirms if a container is ready for delivery.

Step 6: Ground Detection- Beneath the load detector, find the ground detection indicator.
- Monitor whether the attached container has touched the ground or not.

Q: Are there commands to customize job settings?A: Absolutely. There are commands available to modify certain settings for the Crane Operator job:- /crane or "enter_exit": Use this command/key to enter/exit the crane
- /camcr <0-5> or "v": Use this command/key to switch camera modes(HELPS ALOT)
- /magnet: Use this command to release containers that remain attached to the magnet after loading.
- /cranesoud: Use this command to toggle on/off the crane sound.
- /craneset: Use this command to change crane default key binds.
