I have been part of the following ingame groups: TGF, BlackHandMafia, American Mafia, Navy, Army.
I have been playing on the CIT MTA SA server since: When CIT started from the very beginning.
How many hours do you have playing on the server:282 hours.
How many hours on average do you play on the server a week:20 - 24, maybe more.
I may end up inactive because of real world commitments/duties: GCSE tests.
I am aware that I have to be active to perform my duties as a staff member: Agreed.
I am aware that I will have to leave any ingame groups if staff: Agreed.
I am aware that I have to sacrifice a large portion of my play time to help out: Agreed.
My understanding of the English language is: 10/10.
Use a capital letter when: I start a paragraph.
Paragraph or more describing yourself and why you want to be a member of CIT staff: I've been here from the start and i know everyone in CIT. I've seen some staff so busy that they cannot help out players who require help, thats why i am applying a application form.
I think somebody is cheating so I: Ask another staff member or a high level staff to confirm it.
A player is shouting for help in main chat so I: Tell him to SMS me or go in J > Support.
A player insults me so I: Warn the player to stop, if not then mute.
A player asks me to give them some money so I: Ask why, if is a acceptable reason i will.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I: Take a screenshot or a video and show a higher level staff member.
I have found a bug which gives free money so I: Report it to Mantis as soon as possible.

Reason: I don't know you good, you are become mad very fast, rage quit every time you be arrested or anything like that, insults <<< not sure about this but I saw you insult once.
I'd see a new JB0Y in 1-4 days or sorry my vote will be no.
EDIT: Is it possible to start CIT from beginning and you have 282 hours playtime ??? and low posts on forum ???
Don't tell me the playtime re-new one day it wasn't reason I saw Mikkel +1000 playtime.
If you really started as you said so you are not active.
I can confirm he's here from the first.
Mikkel is AFK most of the time :P.

Yes from me and i was here when it was in closed beta, but left after that. and I just reached 300 hours last night.

Reason 2 : You must either be inactive or play like 2 days a week because you only have that much playtime and I've been here a lot less and I have more then you.
Reason 3 : ^ Hardly ever see you on.
