The general idea of the suggestion: Adding the option to disable/enable the new X system in /settings

- Added a new way to see and execute commands. Press X to use the new system. (Arran + Shehabos)

This new update is very helpful to newbies but people like me with 2k+ hours probably don't need this, I asked a couple experienced players and they said it's annoying. I am suggesting to add an option to disable/enable it in /settings. This setting will be enabled by default to help newbies but experienced players can disable it.

I'm supporting this as some players like the old X with pictures and some actually like the new one so being able to choose the one your perfer would be nice.

How about merging everything into one GUI? Or at least above each other, I can show a screenshot if necessary. But yeah, I agree with your suggestion.

Would support this cause of obvious reasons, old players who do not need to know the commands for sure count this as useless and therefore I'm supporting it.

It won't harm anyone as you can enable/disable it whenever you want from /settings command, definitely supporting your suggestion.

For me, I will be positive because this will serve many of players and I am one of them , wherever can I disabling - enabling

It is good to make it optional, some players may want it, and others want the opposite, thus I support the suggestion, so everyone might use the system that he wants.

Upvoting, I am on a 4k display and moving my mouse over to the left is very far and of course I don't know what any of the symbols mean.

I am supporting because some players don't like the X system so if we add this feature so players can easily disable/enable the System !

Yeah, I agree. Sometimes when you craft armor from a police car you get stuck cuz of the panel because in the search bar you start to spam "X" or "W" which is kinda annoying too. So it would be worth it to disable it from /settings.

Good suggestion, it's annoying when you try to pickpocket or use repair kit. Supporting :tick:

yesterday I was asking in support chat to hide commands panel from X and Arran told me you can move it away, I think he'll not remove it.

I tried moving it away, it worked until I had to reconnect, you'd have to do the same thing every time you log in and that's very annoying.

Obv, you can move it, but it's anyoning try to see vehicule options, an other players stats, interact with a pet. ???

I find that new tab in X extremely annoying and unnecessary, especially because it's forced and not optional.
I don't use it, nor plan to. Most of the time it's just in the way and I can't click on what I desire because if it.

Also, whne pressing X it starts with the cursor in the input box, if you try to close it with X again it will just input "X" in the input box.

I experienced this thing bunch of times and its really annoying and aggravating, particularly while trying to repair your vehicles or to use your car inventory, this update maked it difficult and burdensome, and as Benjamin spock said: " Without freedom of choice, there is no creativity. Without creativity, there is no life"

Because most players do not need it , only new players need it. and when need this panel , you can enable from settings.

You've nailed it. It drives me crazy since if press 'X', the GUI pops up everytime, then it forces the cursor to write there, however, I just want to open the car trunk. Supporting.

Well , I am supporting this because its really annoying when I press X and trying to buy armor it appears a lot of useless pictures and useless GUI that I dont want to see anymore !

If you didn't play in 15 year old screen resolutions, it wouldn't be a problem.

I agree with you, when I was trying to repair my car it was a barrier that made me unable to see my car, and it annoyed everyone. people like us with 1000 ^ hours probably don't need this. Postive

Playing on 1920x1080, still blocking the screen and annoying, stop assuming we all use 800x600 on a 2nd gen Intel Pentium with 2 gb of ram and a 256mb graphics card. Also, if nobody posted any negative votes and everyone is supporting this idea, why wouldn't you give them what they want. Even if they are using 800x600, it is this server's community, don't make the community leave by neglecting it's needs and by making fun of them having to use that low resolution to keep a decent frame rate.

I3 6100
Rx460 2gb
8Gb DDR4 2133mhz
Edit: Also, this new feature is useful for new players, which do not know the commands. I'm assuming the majority of the community already knows the commands they need. This new panel serves pretty much no purpose for them, but it is annoying as it blocks a part of the screen which could have been empty. In my opinion menus and huds should be clear and clean to help the user. Letting us disable it(Make it be activated by default so new players see it) will not harm this. You said you want to focus on features for new players, but for fucks sake, don't ruin it for others. Im used to close the 'X' menu by pressing 'X' again, which now just inputs "x" in the input box of the new panel, this is annoying.

I don't understand why you have to keep it for experienced players, when you press X and press it again to remove the panel or whatever it's called, it starts typing in the search bar and it's really annoying.
I believe my suggestion is pretty reasonable, people are getting annoyed by this, just let us disable it and keep it enabled by default if your aim is to help newbies.
