Title: When ever I test a modded vehicle it is blur.

The only thing that is in HD is infernus, I don't know when I test Bullet, Coach, Burrito and Sabre turbo it is blur.

The reason why the textures look bad is because you're using low resolution textures, vehicle itself has no effect on the texture quality.
