[IMPLEMENTED] If someone is towing a car blip be invisible

If someone is towing a car it doesn't appear to other Mechanics,

Well, When a someone is towing a car the pink blip doesn't appear in the map to other mechanics because it trolls them, Example. If someone is towing car but he's afk, Other Mechanics can go to him because they think it available but they find it's with someone. It will avoid trolling & wasting there time.

This is borderline between a bug and feature.

In my opinion it should remove the blip as it causes other tow truck drivers to steal the car from you.

Played as a mechanic to tow Cars and half of the time I went to blips that were already towed lol. So I think this would make the tow trucking system much simple and it doesn’t require much work.

This always made inconvenience where you follow to a car blip to tow and you find out that someone is already towing that car. And then you have to take another route to scrap another car. It just watmste our time in the job

@Combat  opinion: @Ariana , Make sure before presenting a 4 Years ago video, make sure that it is still working right now.

You can't steal others abandoned vehicles if it's already towed. Since this update.

- Abandoned vehicles being towed to the scrap yard will not be able to collide with other vehicles. (Arran + .Combat)

This is just a waste of time, we can know if that abandoned vehicles is already towed with some because it is moving in our radar or try to check your F11 Map. You know that Towing abandoned vehicles are the FASTEST way to earn iron and hit earnlimit in just 30 Minutes or less if you are fast in taking abandoned vehicles even you are a traffic officer you can hit 480K earnlimit you can hit in just less of time.

In this way we just made the job more easier, let's make it more challenge and more competitive also try to use F11 Map to check if someone already towed that vehicle. It's the fastest way we can hit earnlimit then let's increase the competitiveness.

Some players go afk while they are towing a car, Or they just leave the computer for 1 minute to do something, When you check F11, You see the blip then go for it, I should focus 3 seconds to know if it's towing by someone, If it doesn't move then as I mention the owner might be afk, We want decrease wasting of time to the players as it's completely annoying
