Title: Increasing Police detective payment

Hello, i'm suggesting a payment increase in the current PD job based on amount of effort put into it, the current one pays you the same old amount unlike other jobs.

So here's how it'll be

L0-(0-50 Cases) (1000$ per case)
L1(50-150 cases) (1500$ per case)
L2(150-250 cases) (2000$ per case)
L3 (250-600 cases) (2500$ per case)
L4(600-1000 cases)(3000$ per case)
L5(1000 cases) (3500$ per case)

Hopefully through this more people will actually "solve" cases.

Added payment levels for police detective: L1 - 0 cases ($1500), L2 - 50 cases ($2000), L3 - 150 cases ($2500), L4 - 300 cases ($3000), L5 - 500 cases ($3500)
