error [CC23]
Connection timeout

can someone explain to me what this is? a friend of mine cant get into the server

Problems comes from the router. It happened to me already and it solved by restarting my modem. Anyways In this link everything explained: https://forum.mtasa.com/topic/101785-connection-timed-out-error-cc23/
