well it was maximum 60 and mini 40 I changed it to max 70 and minimum 40 , bcz it makes me feel the game is more smooth and easy to see and aim without drops ? also becuase in places with a lot of ppl my fps drops from 70 to less than 40 and when I bought my pc first time I opened mta I had no fps drops and was stable af idk what happened but thats all

Well you need to match your Shader Graphics to your maximum FPS. As you have set your maximum fps to 70 you need to set your Shader Graphics to 71. (Good Textures, Car Reflection Shader, and Detail Shader)

My maximum FPS is set to 77 and I have set my Good Textures, Car Reflection Shader, and Detail Shader to 78 which is under the Shader Graphics.

Well, If you want better FPS then just do what I have just said. Instead of making the detail shader lower match it with your maximum FPS and then try adding 1 to it so instead of making it 70 do 71. My minimum fps is 30.

You may try to check streaming memory on MTA settings if this problem is not solved yet.
Settings > Advanced > Streaming memory : make it high (maximum)

1- MTA> Settings > Advanced > Streaming memory do it mix
2- CIT > settings > Good Textures > put 1
3- CIT > settings > Set far Clip Distance > put 6000
4- reconected MTA.
