when I fought in the hospital then revived. I start to see many mtasa error panels showing up on my screen, although I closed it and come back x2 x3 mtasa error /  「(゚ペ)

Are you sure your drivers are up to date? If not, try updating your drivers.

Just kidding, this is a prank, just keep pressing 'close' and it will go away.

@Danzy maybe actually destroy the window when player presses 'close' so he knows which window to press close on.
