I don't know if it is illegal or legal but I have seen that people have the 2013 cit files, can I get them? It is not to do a server at all I just want to add the CIT range to see what it feels like, sorry if it is against the rule I only have this doubt

Those resources were stolen and no, you can't get them. I strongly advise you stay away from this stuff.
