Last time I tried this, we had a smaller community and nobody won but we're gonna try again now that we've grown Also I will change "film" to "video" which means less difficult to do but lower prizes. The video should be recorded on CIT server and be advertising/funny/whatever is good. Upload to youtube.
If you have already uploaded a video to youtube before this competition you are not allowed to use that video and must make a new (and hopefully better) one.
1st Place Prize:
$750,000 split amongst the winner(s)
2nd Place Prize
$250,000 split amongst the winner(s)
3rd Place Prize
$100,000 split amongst the winner(s)
When you've made it post the link here. Can be whatever length it wants, you can submit new versions if you want feedback to make it even better. Questions? Ask below. The winners will be decided by me around the 1st of July 2011. Get recording, CITians!

1. How you can aim without hud???
2. With hud and chat people will see more details about CIT so they will get more interested.

But without aim it's tricky to shoot in people...

shooting is a mainly thing of GTA:SA/MTA:SA, so that would'nt be needed, you could make pictures as well instead of a long video
