Paragraph or more describing yourself and why you want to be a member of CIT staff: Well, I used to be a level 4 staff, so I know how it is in staff and what to do. I am currently leading SWAT, which I have been leading for over a year. The reason I quit staff before was mainly because I got treated like shit 24/7, new staff that knew barely anything joined and I had to be in staff mode 90% of the time, which was making SWAT die; because I was the only active leader. So I quit to get away from the shit treatment, new staff and to bring SWAT back up. (I care more about SWAT than being in staff.) Staff are now allowed to be in groups and they do not have to be in staff mode 90% of the time any more so I figured I might as well re-join. Also I see a lot of staff neglect their duties, which makes the play experience drop on CIT and I want to help fix this a bit.

I think somebody is cheating so I: Watch them for a bit to get proof and then ban them.
A player is shouting for help in main chat so I: I ask what they need help with.
A player insults me so I: I will mute him right away without saying anything back to him.
A player asks me to give them some money so I: I will tell them to go and make their own.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I: I will contact higher staff.
I have found a bug which gives free money so I: I will report it to head staff.
